Indian lunch boxes or Tiffin boxes are used to transporte meals. In India, they are often used for lunches, for children who attend schools and women or men who go to work. It is used to bring food from home and to encourage the habit of eating a healthy diet. The Indian Tiffin contains most of the time a traditional Indian menu, ie rice, Chapati, Dal, vegetables and pickles. These boxes are great for picnics too.
