Pav bhaji is a recipe originally from Gujarat and Maharashtra in India, where the beaches of Bombay (Mumbai) are known to enjoy this dish. Pav means bread and bhaji is a mixture of cooked vegetables and garnished with fresh coriander, onion and lemon.
