In a deep heavy bas pan or a Karahi, heat 80g cooking oil. fry 120g chopped red onions till light golden. Add 10-15g Karahi paneer masala and fry while stirring for a minute. Add 200g chopped tomatoes and 300g cubed paneer pieces. Cook for 10 minutes till the tomatoes are soft. Add a little water and 30g capsicum juliennes. Check salt and simmer till cooked. Garnish with masged fenugreek leaves and lemon juice.
