Goodel's "mung beans" are made from the finest ground mung beans and flax seeds. The particularity of Goodels lies in their drying method. Industrially produced noodles are dried at 130°C. The goodels, on the other hand, are dried at a maximum of 42°C, which allows the precious ingredients to be preserved.
Plunge into lightly salted boiling water and cook for 9 minutes (the formation of foam is normal). It is important not to exceed the cooking time and to rinse the pasta with cold water.
