Indian Tikka Masala Paste is a blend of spices traditional to Indian cuisine, used to prepare a creamy and aromatic sauce for chicken, lamb and vegetable dishes. This paste is made from a mixture of tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger and hot spices like cumin, turmeric, paprika, garam masala and pepper.

Tikka Masala is known for its rich, spicy taste, with a slight sweetness from the tomato sauce. This paste is very versatile and can be used to marinate meat or vegetables before grilling, roasting or baking. It can also be used as a base to prepare a creamy and tasty curry.
