Pav bhaji is a recipe originally from Gujarat and Maharashtra in India, where the beaches of Bombay (Mumbai) are known to enjoy this dish. Pav means bread and bhaji is a mixture of cooked vegetables and garnished with fresh coriander, onion and lemon.
It is a typical Indian dish really quite extraordinary.

How to use the Pav Bhaji Masala

Pav bhaji masala is a mix of spices roasted then powdered, which gives its taste to the recipe. Spices used are red pepper, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, cloves, mango powder.
