What is Indian Korma?

Korma is a mild and luminous curry whose taste emphasizes the subtle use of spices. Rich in taste and in number of ingredients, including the intensive use of milk products, dried fruits and flower essences, Korma is a very sweet and fragrant preparation to which are added braised meats or vegetables. Formerly, he had his place at the table of the Mughal emperor.

The large number of products used to prepare it makes it more occasional. Indispensable for weddings and in restaurants, this dish allows even the timid palate to venture there.
