Mild West Indies curry paste from the Goa region with fine spices, tomatoes and tamarind for the preparation of tasty vegetable curries and Dal dishes.
For the preparation of delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style: briefly sear the vegetables or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add the Mild Goa curry paste (1 to 2 tablespoons per serving). For added flavor, marinate pieces of vegetables, meat or tofu in the curry paste overnight. For a creamy sauce, stir in the milk cream or coconut cream and simmer or infuse for a few minutes.
Serve with rice.
